The Yoga reduce the weight -  weight loss by YOGA

A new research revealed that Yoga plays an important role in reducing the weight and revealed also that persons who practiced Yoga lost about 2 kilograms in ten years and didn’t put on weight through this period, while persons who didn’t practice Yoga put on weight and didn’t lose any of their weight. That is to say if you your diet fail or you couldn’t follow your severe diet, to avoid putting on weight you should practice Yoga.
