A recipe for Colitis and chronic constipation




Gradients:
Seeds of Alqtonh 100 grams + 100 grams of fennel
How to use:
Grind these ingredients together and take, in the first week, a tablespoon before lunch.  In the second week a tablespoon after breakfast and lunch. In the third week a tablespoon after the three meals. You should have, with this recipe 8 glass of water a day.
