Walking is the best way for weight loss, as well as conquering the different diseases, but walking has many rules that you should put in mind before practicing that sport and there are 5 important rules you should do before practicing walking:
The first rule: you should have a simple and slight meal before walking by half an hour.
The first rule: you should wear the suitable shoes for waking, that is to say a comfortable shoes, as well as sportive clothes
The third rule: avoiding slow walking that won’t affect your body and never burn fats, that’s to say: you should practice walking as a sport not as a hobby.
The fourth rule:
The fourth rule: you should choose the suitable place and time for walking, in the morning for example, and in a safe way full of fresh air.
The fifth rule: walking as a sport: that is to say, you should divide your sport of walking in to three stages: the first stage: five minutes before beginning to be ready for walking. The second stage: practicing your walking sport. The third stage : you shouldn’t stop suddenly, but gradually.
