Is walking the best for weight loss or running?
i won’t answer directly for that question, but I’ll convey to you my medical opinion comparing between walking and running for weight loss and you’ll choose the suitable for you:
Walking for weight loss
Walking for weight loss or as a strategy for weight loss is based on certain tips you should put in mind, it have some rules you should follow to achieve the target goal, otherwise you won’t achieve any goals. You can know these rules here: important tips in waking for weight loss.
I want to say that by following these rules and apply as a system in your life, you also will avoid putting in weight.
Running for weight loss
Running for weight loss is important in fast weight loss, and its results appear quickly than walking, but, as walking, running also has some important rules you should put in mind, the most important one is that you’ll run without stopping, by running you’ll have muscles instead of your fats, that’s so great and appear quickly, but by stopping all these muscles you have acquired by running will turn again into fast, and that horrible indeed. Finally, I want to say something simple and real fact that, you use walking as a system of life, indeed our life is always walking but not so more running. You can so use something is in your life instead of some thing you’ll have difficulty in achieving.
